Brico LLC: A Family-Centered Approach to Cleaning

Your home is your sanctuary; it’s the place where you can relax and shake off the stress and challenges of the day. But for your home to have that calming effect, it needs to be neat and clean. The good news is that the Lake Norman area is home to Brico LLC, a cleaning company whose emphasis on family carries through to their outstanding service. They treat your home like it’s their own.

Brico LLC was formed in 2018 by Rosy Brito and Roxana Monroy, the joint effort of two families who immigrated to the United States. Rosy Brito explains, “We came from Venezuela and from El Salvador directly to Charlotte, eight years ago. Our families felt a deep connection to the city of Cornelius, as we share its strong values and the faith that defines this community. Our business name is a reflection of our roots combining our last names: Brito (our family from Venezuela) and Cocar (our family from El Salvador). Together, we bring our dedication to

excellence and service to the community we now call home.”

The idea for Brico came about after struggling to find a cleaning service that met their high standards. “We wanted a service that left our homes as if we had cleaned them personally,” says Rosy. “Recognizing this gap in the market, we saw an opportunity to provide a superior solution. Our cleaning service is designed to deliver exceptional quality while using organic products and offering flexible service options.”

Now employing eight staff members, Brico offers residential (personal homes and rentals) and commercial cleaning. Residential service includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, window cleaning and appliance cleaning. They will also wipe down countertops and remove trash. For your rental property, they’ll perform the same services but add some extras to make sure the property is ready for the next guest: taking care of laundry, making beds, scrubbing grills and giving extra attention to bathrooms. Commercial cleaning includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming workspaces, sanitizing bathrooms, taking out the trash, wiping down countertops and cleaning windows. For the first office cleaning appointment, they perform a deep clean on your space, ensuring you start on a fresh slate. Brico even offers emergency services, helping customers handle unexpected life events or situations such as spills, post-construction debris or urgent sanitation needs. “Our team responds quickly when we’re needed, using eco-friendly products and advanced cleaning techniques to restore your space to a safe and spotless condition,” Rosy describes.

Brico is truly a family affair, with both families contributing to its success. “While Roxana and I focus on client service and daily operations, our husbands and daughters provide support when needed, assisting with administrative and marketing tasks. This collaborative approach allows us to deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth and efficient business management,” says Rosy.
